  2. Prepare 1/2 lb of ground mild Italian sausage.
  3. You need 1 of small onion chopped.

  5. You need 1 tsp of olive oil.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce.
  7. You need 1 clove of minced garlic.
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of oregano.
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp of basil.
  10. It's 1/2 tsp of paisley.
  11. It's 1 of egg beaten.
  12. Prepare 3/4 c of Italian bread crumbs.
  13. Prepare 2 slices of white bread, crumbled.
  14. It's 1 Tbls of milk.
  15. It's 8 oz of shredded mozzarella, reserve 3/4 c for topping.
  16. You need 1/4 c of parmesan cheese.
  17. You need 1 3/4 c of marinara sauce, reserve 3/4 c for later.

  1. In a small skillet heat the olive oil and saute onions and bell peppers.
  2. In a large bowl add meats, onion, bell peppers and all the other ingredients, reserving 3/4 c mozzarella cheese for topping.
  3. Mix throughly with hands.
  4. Form mixture into a loaf and place in a loaf pan or baking dish..
  5. Spread 3/4 c marina sauce on top.
  6. Place in a 400 degree oven for 50 minutes..
  7. Remove from oven and top with remaining cheese. Return to oven for 10 more minutes..
