  1. Preheat oven to 350 . Line cookie sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray. Add leftover meatloaf. Generously coat each slice with barbecue sauce..
  2. Next crumble bacon on each slice. Bacon is awesome so feel free to add more than I did. Bake in oven for 15 min or so. Meatloaf should be warmed through..
  3. Add cheddar cheese evenly and cook an additional few minutes until cheese is melted. Done!!.
